Gowli

Plot: Gowli, inspired by true incidents, is about a man who lives happily along with his wife and daughter, but circumstances change their life.

Review: Gowli marks the return of Srinagara Kitty as a hero after many years, and is seen in the titular role. He is an innocent guy who minds his own business, and lives with his wife Girija(Paavaa Gowda). They will be living peacefully without any worries, Girija takes tutorials for the kids in their surroundings. When a girl goes missing under mysterious circumstances, the story takes a massive turn with action and thriller elements adding to the tale, the plot suddenly spins around.

Srinagara Kitty does an excellent job as Gowli, a character with two shades. He seems to have gained maturity in his comeback film. There are plenty of action sequences which excites only to a certain extent. Director Soora could have done a better job with the writing to keep the content engaging and intriguing. The movie manages to score some brownie points on making front. Paavana Gowda has breathed life to the character which seems like it is perfectly made for her. Actors Yash Shetty, Cockroach Suddhi and Sharath Lohitashwa look menacing as antagonists. Cinematographer Sandeep deserves an applause for the wonderful work. It can be a one time watch, if you are ready to bear action and bloody sequences.
