Rosé and Bruno Mars’ hit track, ‘APT’, has been breaking records since it debuted late last year. As soon as the song was released, it ended up going viral on different social media platforms. Now it has managed to hit another milestone.

The official music video of APT featuring the two main artists, Rosé and Bruno Mars, has managed to achieve a whopping 1.9 billion views. Not only that, this is the fastest music video by an Asian artist that has managed to achieve this feat.

Released on October 18, 2024, the song’s official music video currently holds over 1,902,353,013 views, taking slow steps towards reaching 2 billion views soon enough. It only took the music video a total of 225 days to reach this milestone.

‘APT’ has also joined the list of music videos that have managed to achieve this milestone the fastest, standing at fourth place. The other songs before them include ‘Shape of You’ by Ed Sheeran, Luis Fonsi’s ‘Despacito’, and ‘Girls Like You’ by Maroon 5 and Cardi B.

Other K-pop music videos that have managed to achieve this feat include ‘Gangnam Style’ by PSY, which took around 500 days to reach the amazing feat. Other than that, BLACKPINK already have two songs in the top five list, namely ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’, and ‘Kill This Love’.
