RE:WIND talk about what their album means to them and moreIn an interview with Allkpop, RE:WIND got candid about behind-the-scenes stories about their album, how life has been since debuting, and what their latest extended play means. While talking about how the album was made, the group shared that “We actually directly participated in writing the tracks ‘Heart, Break, Repeat’ and ‘We Got Time’ by hopping on calls with our producer David Kater to churn out the topline and lyrics. I think both sessions were like four hours of nonstop writing each.”
They also shared that one of the members, Eddie, was majorly involved in creating the choreographies for their songs, specifically ‘Little Too Late.’ While talking about what they wish to share with fans with their new album, the members enthusiastically answered that they want people to feel nostalgic when they listen to their album. “We grew up on the tail end of the 2000s boy band and 90s R&B era, and we know that generation of music resonates with many of our listeners.
Music is also ever-present in our highest and lowest moments, and we want to allow listeners to return to the past through these tracks,” they added on.
RE:WIND talks about challenges faced in the industryThe group also discussed more about their experience in the industry for the past few months or so. They stated that, “Every day that we get to do a new activity or participate in a new part of the creative process is really exciting. This week, we got to meet fans in person for the first time as a group, and behind the scenes, every time we’re in the studio is a fresh experience.”
