Famous J-pop artist Kiryuin Sho has officially announced his split from his wife. The news shocked his fans to the core, as the couple also shares a child as well.
J-pop idol divorces wife after four years
Kiryuin Sho, known to be a part of the Japanese visual kei band Golden Bomber, recently shared an online post saying that he and his non-celebrity wife had officially parted ways. In an online post shared by the idol, he had simply stated, “We officially divorced last week”.
According to reports from Tonboriday, the star also issued an official statement later on. He posted on his group’s official fan forum. His statement read, “We legally separated last week. I understand that news of a divorce is not something people want to hear, but I will strive to share more uplifting updates about live performances and events from now on. I will continue to give my best in my work”.
No other information about the couple’s sudden split has been shared with the public as of right now. Sho has always been fairly private about his personal life. Even last year, when the couple welcomed their first child into the world, the singer simply shared the update online. He still does not share proper photos of his baby online, and has also not shared the gender of his child.
