G.NA returns to South Korea after a decade, teases visit in online post: ‘Surprise?’

Gina Jane Choi, better known by her stage name G.NA is officially returning to South Korea. The actress and singer last went to the country almost a decade ago and has not returned since. However, according to a recent update on her socials, the famed celebrity is ready for her visit back to the country.In a recent social media post, the ‘Black & White’ singer confirmed she is in South Korea. The star posted a photo of herself smiling big at the camera while sitting in a cafe. The post was captioned, “I suck at selfies.” She also posted another photo on her account with a cheeky caption that read, “Surprise?”She also shared a video compilation of her time spent in South Korea after a decade. She created a collage of the photos and videos she took on her trip and posted them with the caption, “#10yearslater #thankfulgratefulblessed.”Not only that, but in one of her latest posts, the idol, who stepped away from the limelight in 2016, confirmed she is working on new music. She posted a video of herself on her laptop while wearing headphones. The video was posted with the caption, “Still a work in progress…”The famed singer debuted in the entertainment industry in 2010. She quickly rose to fame as many of her early songs went viral among the masses. Some of her best-known songs include ‘Top Girl’, ‘I’ll Get Lost, You’ll Go Your Way’, and ‘How Do You Do.’In 2016, however, the star was caught in a major scandal and punished for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts. After the scandal, she stepped away from her music career altogether and moved back to Canada. While she kept away from social media over the years, she made an online comeback in 2023.
