EXO members Chen,
Baekhyun, and Xiumin have been in a legal battle with their management agency for quite some time now. The cases have been going on since June 2023 and have involved the transparency surrounding their earnings. Recently, it was announced that EXO as a group will be holding a fan meeting and will be releasing a full-length album as well; however, the trio has not been included in any of the schedules. Soon after a legal verdict was reached about the cases, Chen shared updates online with fans, which left them buzzing with happiness.
EXO Chen’s update after legal battle and EXO comeback exclusion
Recently, the singer took to a popular messaging board used by fans and idols to maintain contact, and shared a few messages online. He asked everyone how they were, and what they were doing. Above that, he also shared a quick and adorable health update as well, which read, “I’m always healthy in both body and mind, so don’t worry about me.”
He also mentioned phrases such as “There's not much of October left now! Let's spend it feeling good. Even if there are gloomy things, Let's smile and get through it!"
Fans shared that the idol was directly addressing the ongoing situation regarding their legal battle as well as the EXO comeback without them.
One person commented that, “It’s actually insane how he’s never said a single bad or even shady thing his entire career. About the legal case
As per reports shared by Law Times, the trio is now on the verge of losing all six disputes that they had filed against their management agency for their money. The proceedings about the case, which have been going on since 2023, have mainly sided with the company. Statements have also been made that there is no proof that the company was in breach of its contract in anyway.
