BTS Star Jin set to launch first-ever global solo tour ahead of new album ‘Echo

BTS star Jin is officially gearing up for a major career milestone which is his debut solo world tour. The announcement has set fans into a frenzy as the beloved vocalist prepares to hit the stage solo for the very first time across Asia, the US and Europe.

Titled “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,” the tour name cleverly pays tribute to Jin’s YouTube content series, Run Jin and comes in support of his much-anticipated second solo studio album Echo, scheduled for release on May 16th.

The global concert series will kick off on June 28th with back-to-back performances in Goyang, South Korea at the Goyang Auxiliary Stadium. Following his homecoming shows, Jin will perform two nights each in Chiba and Osaka, Japan before making his way to the United States in July.


The U.S. leg starts with two shows in Anaheim, California on July 17th and 18th, followed by stops in Dallas (July 22–23), Tampa (July 26–27), and Newark, New Jersey (July 30–31). European fans can catch the superstar in London for two dates at the O2 Arena on August 5th and 6th and then in Amsterdam on August 9th and 10th.

According to a report by Consequence, full ticketing details, including pre-sale and general sale information will be officially released on April 22nd. All the fans are advised to stay tuned for updates as demand is expected to skyrocket.


This solo endeavour follows Jin’s highly successful debut album Happy, which was released in November last year and celebrated for its upbeat, feel-good energy. He also recently appeared on the Netflix reality show Kian’s Bizarre B&B, adding another layer to his evolving solo identity.
