On April 3, Jin was spotted helping distribute hot meals to victims of South Korea's devastating wildfires at a relief center in Gilan-myeon, Andong City.The center, located at Gilan Middle School, has been serving as a shelter for evacuees. Jin, modestly dressed in a grey apron, black hat, and mask, tried to stay under the radar. However, his distinctive eyes and graceful demeanor quickly made him recognizable to locals and fans alike.

Jin’s agency, BIGHIT Music, also confirmed his participation. In a statement released through the agency, Jin said, “I decided to volunteer because I wanted to offer even a small amount of support to those affected.” His selfless contribution was part of a meal service organized by Theborn Korea , in collaboration with renowned chef Baek Jong-won. HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang provided an update on the group’s return timeline during a recent press conference, as reported by Koreaboo.“The BTS members are set to complete their military service by the end of the first half of this year, and they will need time for preparation and production before resuming activities,” he said. “The company is also preparing by discussing with top-tier composers, but the artists themselves need time for deliberation and preparation.”HYBE added that BTS members are actively involved in shaping their future direction. “This goes beyond simply putting out an album.
