BTS’ J-hope breaks record on UK's Official Charts with ‘HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1’ debut

BTS’s J-hope is making waves across the United Kingdom with his latest release, sending his solo career to soaring heights. On April 5, according to the United Kingdom’s Official Charts, considered the U.K. counterpart to Billboard’s U.S. charts, j-hope’s special album ‘HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1’ stormed onto the scene, debuting at an impressive No. 38. This achievement marks J-hope's highest ranking on the chart as a solo artist.


‘HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1’ represents J-hope's second solo album to make an impact on the Official Albums Chart, following the success of ‘Jack In The Box’, which debuted at No. 67 back in 2022.


In addition to his album's success, J-hope's title track ‘NEURON’, featuring Gaeko and Yoon Mirae, made an impressive debut on the Official Singles Chart, securing the No. 64 position. This achievement marks yet another milestone for J-hope, as ‘NEURON’ becomes his fourth solo entry on the chart, following in the footsteps of previous hits like ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ (which peaked at No. 82), ‘MORE’ (No. 70), and ‘on the street’ (No. 37).
