BLACKPINK's Rose signs global solo deal with Atlantic Records

BLACKPINK star Rose has officially announced her signing of a global solo deal with Atlantic Records!
In an Instagram post, the 27-year-old singer revealed her exciting news in a heartfelt post that read, "Hi my number ones! I am so so excited to announce to you my signing with @atlanticrecords!!!! I know you’ve all waited sooo so long for this moment, but I hope you’re READY for what’s in store for the next few months!! I CANNOTTT wait for you all to hear everything!! So hang on tight!! Miss you all dearly."
Along with sharing her exciting news, Rose encouraged fans to follow her secondary Instagram account, @vampirehollie, where they can expect to find “quick updates and cute moments from the team”.

The news of Rosé’s signing with Atlantic Records comes just weeks after Jennie announced her solo contract with Columbia Records, further solidifying BLACKPINK's influence in the industry. Lisa, another member of the group, revealed her partnership with RCA Records and her own label, Lloud Co., earlier in the year.
As a solo artist, Rose first made her mark in March 2021 with the release of her debut single album, ‘R’. The project featured two standout tracks, ‘On the Ground’ and ‘Gone’, both of which showcased her exceptional vocal talent and distinct musical style. ‘On the Ground’ is particularly loved by audiences, climbing to No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 and marking a major achievement in her solo career.
