When the dead refused to get buried!
A play titled
The play was a story of six soldiers who rose from the dead and refused to be buried. They only thing they demanded was the end of the war. The government in the play, does everything to stop the soldiers’ stubbornness but fails. Even the family members of each soldier persuade them to rest in peace, but all efforts go in vain.
"This play is a must watch play for today’s generation. It gave a strong message which was clear to the audience," said Prateek, a part of the audience.

.Irwin Shaw
in 1936 wrote the play with the same name and it was translated into Hindi by Veda Rakesh. The play was directed by Surya Mohan Kulshreshtha. "This play written by Irwin is about opposing the war. The whole world is facing violence because of political reasons. There is violence in disguise of religion and nationality. Singh, Sachin Jaisal and Saurabh played the dead soldiers in the play and earned appreciation for their acting by the audience. Other actors in the play included Shubham Singh, Ritesh Asthana, Sandeep Kumar, Avinash and Ramesh Saini among others.— Saad Abbasi
