On public demand and after receiving a positive feedback from theatre lovers in the city, actor and writer Manav Kaul’s play Park was staged once again at Bhartendu Natya Akademy, recently. Interestingly, the play was set in a park with three benches that become a point of contention between three men named, Nawaz, Uday and Madan played by

Directed by Ahmad, this time too the play saw a jam-packed auditorium. "This play is really close to my heart. Manav Kaul has written the play beautifully and I think people could connect with the characters and the storyline," said Ahmad.

The play touched upon topics like issues of space, ownership and territory that inevitably leads to questions of identity and belonging, but on a lighter note.
