Hindi adaptation of Molière’s Le Tartuffe staged in Lucknow

A Hindi adaption of Molière’s 'Le Tartuffe,' the play Baba Swaggy was staged at the 18th Atal Lucknow Mahotsav Natya Samaroh, in Lucknow at the Rai Umanath Bali Auditorium in the city on Sunday.
Staged by Karooj Theatre and directed by Abhishek Singh, the comedy act was a satire on the superstition prevalent in our society and how people are being duped by some fraudsters.On stage were Abhay Lohani, Pooja Singh, Shreya Ranjan, Pooja Anand, Ayushi Gupta, Sparsh Srivastava, Vishal Raj Mishra, Abhishek Yadav and Abhishek Singh.
