A play depicting displacement of communities staged in Lucknow

A play titled Paglaye Gusse Ka Dhuan was recently staged at Bhartendu Natya Akademi (BNA). Directed by

, the play had students of BNA acting in it.

The play revolved around the displacement that communities go through under duress and how they become victims of a mass exodus. The last song in the play described a society that exists in harmony without forcing people to flee in fear from the space they consider their own and reiterated the importance of collective peace.
