Vishal Dadlani: Pyarelalji is an institution himself

Recently, we saw Pyarelalji (of the iconic Laxmikant-Pyarelal duo) as a guest on one of the singing reality shows where music composer Vishal Dadlani is a judge. And, in order to share his happiness, he took to his Instagram account and posted a picture of him with Pyarelalji, calling him an institution himself. Vishal then went on to add that there is still a lot that we (as musicians) need to learn from him. Also, he talked about Pyarelalji's wife being amazing and how they make a great couple.

The two composers were seen bonding over music and Vishal was seen as a true fan of the legendary musician.

In fact, Vishal got teary eyed while watching Pyarelalji perform. Vishal, while talking about Pyarelal ji’s performance, told BT,“I cannot express how lucky I feel I am that I got the opportunity to hear Pyarelal ji live these are the moments I will cherish forever. In the past I have also got the golden opportunity to work with him and I must tell he is one of the best composers our country has ever got . I have learnt so much from him , I wish I also have the same amount of passion for music he has when I age.”

"It was an honor to share the stage with Pyarelalji. I mean we all are die-hard fans of Laxmikant-Pyarelal compositions and I will surely top that list. We discussed about the contestants, music and above all I had a great time listening to his yesteryear stories which he shared with all of us. Pyarelalji and his wife are such a lovely and amazing couple. There is so much to learn from them," he concluded.
