With a name that embodies people coming together, sharing a sense of curiosity, Proteesh Ravi (guitarist, vocalist), Siddharth Chopra (guitarist), Aviraj Kumar (drummer) and Homi Rustomji (bassist) have known each other for years. 'We know each other from the days when getting one's hands on the cassette of a new Backstreet Boys' album was a privilege. We've role-played WWE wrestlers and chokeslammed each other in sandpits,' recollects Aviraj.
Given that some bonds are hard to break, they all moved to Pune for work and got along to jam. Owing to similar musical inclinations at that point in all their lives, the band was formed.

On their a-ha moment: Post the launch of their album, Eyes Everywhere, they were picked up for a feature by a renowned music festival and the band had their first gig at The Scene, a platform for indie music artistes. While on the trip, they were asked whether they would like to play on a tour bus that doubled up as a stage. This huge exposure at the start of their careers got them all euphoric.

On their brand of music: The members feel that genre stereotyping limits a band's expression. So, constantly evolving and experimenting is their mantra and that's what makes their genre diverse ' be it ambient, progressive or instrumental ' they can compose it all! Additionally, they claim that their music is quite individualistic in terms of expression. Says Aviraj, 'When we come together, there are individual ideas brought to the table which, when pieced together, shape the sound of the band.'

On their musical influences: The members' influences come from the kind of music they've grown up along with what they're currently listening to. So, from instrumental bands like Jakob, Explosions in the Sky, ASIWYFA, Snarky Puppy to Progressive bands like Porcupine Tree, Dream Theatre and even Djent, they seek inspiration from them all.

On their way ahead: Currently, they are working on a new full-length album scheduled for release towards the end of the year.
