Sunidhi's musical beginnings!

Shankar Mahadevan recalls how he got Sunidhi Chauhan to sing the song Bhumbro for them
Sunidhi's musical beginnings!
When Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa got together to celebrate their 15 years of togetherness a few days back, it was a time to reminisce about the good 'ol days as well.
The musical trio called a number of their colleagues to sing with them on stage, including Shaan, Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Mahalaxmi Iyer and more. When it was time to call Sunidhi Chauhan on stage, Shankar recalled how he had met the singer for the first time.
1x1 polls
""She was about this high when we first met her,"" said Shankar, pointing to his shoulder, ""She was supposed to sing a line or two in Bhumbro and another singer was supposed to sing the entire song. But when we heard Sunidhi sing, we reversed the whole thing!"" Sunidhi, of course, was thrilled to be on stage with one of her favourite music composers, and to the delight of the audience, she sang her famous number again - Bhumbro!
