There's another feather in Dr. Palash Sen, the lead singer and founder of the much popular group Euphoria. But this time it's not just his singing which has got him recognition. Palash has been felicitated by the youth of the Rotaract Mumbai District 3140, at their annual district assembly in Mumbai on Sunday. The felicitation was done as an appreciation and a token of thanks for Palash and his group Euphoria's support for "World Responsible Youth Day 2011", an educational initiative by the Rotaractors.
Rotaract had adopted the popular Euphoria song "Rok Sako To Rok lo" as it's anthem for the initiative.Overwhelmed by the response he got, Palash Sen urged the youth from Rotaract to continue their excellent work in the field of education and stressed on it's importance in people's lives. And doing what he's known best for, Palash also obliged his fans there and a couple of popular Euphoria tunes along with an unreleased song from the upcoming album.World Responsible Youth Day (WRY) is a day to mark the responsibility that youth of the world must imbibe. The day is celebrated on the first Sunday of every year. In the year 2011, this day was celebrated in Mumbai, India by the youth of the Rotaract District. A rally was taken out which covered all the major locations of the city. Street performances were conducted to communicate the value of Education to the citizens of this country.
