The last eight-nine months of the

pandemic

has changed all our lives in different ways and its been no different for singer-composer Ankit Tiwari. He tells us that it affected him deeply too.

“I learnt so much during the lockdown. Maine bahut kuch seekha. This has also been a very sad time as so many people passed away, and so, that pain is there. Maine bahut hee kareeb se kuch cheezien feel ki hain during the lockdown. I realised and decided that I really wanted to travel and explore the world. As a professional

singer

, I do get a chance to travel but then it involves work. Now I want to travel just for the sake of travelling and exploring. I want to get to know myself more, mujhe yaadein sametni hain. I will take a camera with me in all my trips and capture all the moments which I can savour later. I don’t want to have any regrets in life and don’t want to turn back to this moment and feel I wish I had done this… That is what this lockdown has taught me.”

Talking about the pandemic and its effect, Ankit says that there have been changes in every aspect. “The pandemic has affected every single field and part of life globally including the

entertainment field

. Personally, I feel that there is a big change in the entertainment industry."

Ankit is happy that he has spent a lot of quality time with his little daughter Aarya. He says, "My life throughout this lockdown has been great. Since the month of March this year, I've literally seen my daughter grow up in front of eyes and that I just can't express in words. It is something that only a parent can feel.”

Ankit adds, “My career has shown me a lot of ups and downs but then umeed pe duniya kayam hai. I am eagerly waiting for things to go back to normal soon and I hope everything turns out to be good for all.”
