Q: The

is released finally. How does that make you feel?
Of course it feels really good after releasing my first single. I am in a very jubilant mood after all the appreciation and encouragement which has come my way. It feels amazing when your work is appreciated. '

' has got a good response.

Q: It's been a while since the song was made. Do you feel now that it needed some changes?
Yes, it’s almost been an year since the audio of the song got ready and I believe that as artists one always finds scope for improvement in any piece of art. Having said that, I am really proud at the way work on the song progressed and I was very fortunate to get in contact with Vipin Patwa who is the music director of the song. Ever since I got in contact with him, he has been open to opinions and a guiding force to me at the same time. Giving music for a song I believe is an endless job but still he kept working on making the melody even more beautiful till the last day. Even the video I would say which was directed by Retesh Narain, was very meticulously made.

Q:What are your future plans hereon? Are you making more songs, or have you signed up with someone for a collab?
I am currently working on another single, which will also be made by Vipin.

Q: what kind of music is your generation listening to amid the pandemic? Have your music tastes changed since the pandemic?
Well, I guess everyone has a different liking for music. But yes, I believe the generation we are in has a thing for music, which they can relate to. Nothing is static in life, you keep changing, your situations keep changing and to be honest I believe it has been really hard for couples in our generation to function, keeping in mind the restrictions which were imposed amid the pandemic. So, I believe

music must have been a relief for them and a medium for them to express in a better way and relate. In our generation the concept of love, break up and patch up is really common and that is the context which I kept in mind while writing 'Sach manu ya Fareb'.
