Saru's soaring high!

After delivering some hit music albums in the past, singing sensation Saru Maini is gearing up for her big leap. The sizzling pop diva is all set to step into the film industry with promotional videos for three films in a row!
“I believe that there’s a right time for everything,” says the singer, who will be seen featuring in the promotional song of Mumbai Mast Kallander, Poison and Signature.Talking about her career jump Saru says, “I feel I am finally getting my due. I have already recorded and finished shooting Sloshed a duet spunky dance number in Aman Mihani’s Mumbai Mast Kallander with singer Neeraj Shreedhar and the two male leads of the film. The title track of the film Poison will feature me as a rockstar. I am yet to shoot for Partho Ghosh’s Signature and that’s a biggie for me. I am really looking forward to the shooting for the video of this film.”
Looking at Saru one does wonder why the sexy siren doesn’t make a foray into acting herself. Ask her and she says, “I am getting many offers and I am also reading quite a few scripts, but I am waiting for the right film which would justify my talent.” We wish her all the luck! Way to go Saru!
