‘Pataakha’ new song: ‘Balma’ shows a different side to the sparring sisters’ bond

Sung by Rekha Bhardwaj and Sunidhi Chauhan, the new song ‘Balma’ from ‘Pataakha’ is a wedding sangeet number that shows a different side to the ever-sparring nature of two sisters played by Radhika Madan and Sanya Malhotra. The video of the song shows them playfully going back and forth with lyrics penned by Gulzar.


The almost five-minute long video also features some previously seen glimpses of the sisters going to fists in the village akhaada, along with a conversation between Radhika and Namit Das and a looming cameo by Sunil Grover.






Also featuring Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Duhan and Saanand Verma, Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Pataakha’ is set to release on September 28, 2018.
