Canadian singing sensation Bryan Adams, has special plans for his upcoming tour in India. Beginning October 9, he will be travelling across the country — starting from Ahmedabad, followed by Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and then, New Delhi. His visit to Mumbai will be special, as he is going to a jam with music maestro AR Rahman in a studio.

A well-placed source, close to the management responsible for his India tour, tells us that the places Adams plans to visit are: The Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, Charminar and

Ramoji Film City

in Hyderabad, Bangalore Palace and Nandi Village in Bengaluru and India Gate and Qutub Minar in New Delhi.

According to the insider, the multiple award-winning singer-songwriter will reach Mumbai two days prior to his performance (October 12) and visit a cancer hospital to spend some time with the patients. That will be followed by a private soiree hosted by a business tycoon and finally, the music session with Rahman.

However, in Bengaluru, the Summer of 69 hit maker, who is also spiritually inclined, will meet up Sri Sri Ravishankar for a tête-à-tête. As far as shopping is concerned, he plans on collecting handicrafts and home-made artefacts from Janpath and Chandni Chowk (New Delhi) and Colaba Causeway in Mumbai.

An avid photographer, Adams plans to make a mini photo series encapsulating his India travels.
