Bollywood's ace choreographer Longinus Fernandes talks about his recent tour in Canada and upcoming projects. Bollywood's ace choreographer Longinus Fernandes who is remembered for his song choreography 'Jai ho' in the movie 'Slumdog millionaire' is back in news. He tells us, "I have just got back from Canada after performing at the one of the world's biggest dance show- ' So you think you can dance'.
I choreographed the opening of the show for this show for three years in succession."
One of the most interesting project coming up soon is an Indo American film 'Will to Live' directed by Charles Sleichter , produced by Amrit Das. The film star cast includes Geoffrey Broderick, Erik Altemus, Tara Emerson and Anusha Singh. "I have choreographed the songs in this film and one of the song track was composed and sung by international artist M C HAMMER. The film has been shot extensively in LA and some parts of India. The film is due to release on the 12th of August."
He further adds, "I have also choreographed a couple of songs from the film 'My friend Pinto', directed by Raghav Darr and produced by
Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I will also be choreographing India's first 3 D Musical Thriller movie called 'Trapped' produced by Gemini Films and directed by Rohit Manjrekar. The shooting of the movie will begin from month of September in the Fugi Islands. After which, in the month of October I shall be leaving for Ireland to shoot for a song in an Indo British film 'Unforgettable' directed by Arshad Pathan."
