Im gonna add salsa sauce to B-wood music: Sachin Gupta

There's a new kid on the Bollywood music block and he's thoroughly enjoying his stint in B-town. Meet Sachin Gupta, music composer and singer.

After wooing music lovers with his Doorie and 'Prince' compositions, he is now all set to get people swaying to the music of his next film,Damadamm in which Himesh Reshammiya aims to tickle your funny bone.

Speaking about working with Himesh, Sachin says, "He's the coolest guy I've ever met! I felt really touched that though Himesh is a music director himself, he thought I was fit to compose for his film. Imagine he actually goaded me to sing too and for the first time I am singing! Working with him was truly one great experience."

Ask Sachin if there were any ego clashes between them and he says, "None at all. When we worked together it was like two musicians jamming together and isn't a musical jam session fun?" As the music composer makes it pretty evident that he's enjoying the B-town music, remind him that when he'd just entered Bollywood he'd compared its film music to butter chicken and he laughs and says, "I still say so because butter chicken is the most loved dish and very popular. And this was my opinion when I saw the industry from the periphery. Today, I am in it and I am all prepared to add the salsa sauce to this dish!" And is he wary about the kind of work he'll get? He laughs and says, "Why should I be? I'm satisfied each time I compose a tune. It can be a jingle or an entire song, when it's music I just know that I've gotta share that happiness with my audience."
