Hard Kaur on 'Aaj mood ishqholic hai': I didn't like the song Sonakshi Sinha did

Raper-singer-actor Taran Kaur Dhillon, popularly known as Hard Kaur, is back in B-town with her new track, 'Aise Karte Hain Party.' The latest track of the rapper features many popular celebrities from various fields, such as actor Manish Paul, choreographer Saroj Khan, actor-director Punit Issar, TV star Cyrus Broacha, comedian Gaurav Gera and Raghu Ram of 'Roadies fame.' Directed by Team DG, the party track is a fabulous blend of foot-tapping beats and a catchy tune.The 'Glassy', 'Char Baj Gaye' and 'Move Your Body' hit-maker, who was in the national capital for her song launch had a candid chat with the Times Of India, where she spoke about her latest track, her experience creating it and more. Excerpts:
Hard Kaur comes out with her new single 'Aise karte hai party'
How 'Aise karte hai party' happened?
There is a very fun story behind this song; actually it is inspired from a time when Sonny Ravan and I were partying together in a club. I was asking the DJ to change the music and to play my track but he wasn't listening to me." Ravan suggested that we write a song about what all we do when we ask the DJ to change a track. He came up with the line 'Are DJ Gana band kar' (DJ stop the song) and we started writing in the club itself and here is the song.
How would you say is this track different from your other party numbers?
This track of mine is a bit different as this is a kind of autobiography. It depicts what I normally do in a club myself and there are my close friend featuring in this video.

How was it working with all these personalities?
The experience was grea!tSaroj ji is a legend, as she was one of the judges on (dance reality show) 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' when I was in it. I always wanted to work with her and this time I got the chance' Saroj Ji's adaayien are just wow. Manish, Gaurav, Raghu,Punit sir and Cyrus Broacha they all are my friends, it was super fun .
One actor you would love to rap for?
I would love to rap for Bollywood stud Ranveer Singh, as he is 'crazy' like me. I love his acting and the rap he does is just amazing. He is super cool.
There's a new trend of actors turning singers. In fact, Sonakshi even released a single recently. What is your take on it?
Sonakshi Sinha's 'Aaj mood ishqholic hai', I think it's great that she tried and it gives a lot of inspiration to girls out there but I didn't like the song that she did.
What are your future plans?
There are various music related projects and I'm also looking forward to my next film I'm starring in an upcoming movie, 'Ticket to Bollywood', as a villain. Finally, I will get to play a negative character that I've always wanted.
What suggestions you want give to girls who want to choose raping as a career?
Yes they should pursue music only if they are really passionate about it and not just for fame. They should be passionate and have the conviction, enthusiasm and dedication to make a mark in the industry no matter what the world has to say about it.
