Shreyas Puranik is all set to tie the knot on Jan 21, 2020, to his singer girlfriend of eight years,
Aishwarya Bhandari.
The Nagpur-born musician who has assisted his mentor
Sanjay Leela Bhansali in ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Malaal’ is known for his songs ‘Naad Khula’ and ‘Aila Re’ in 'Malaal’ and created the music for ‘Gajanana’ in
Bajirao Mastani.
Aishwarya was part of the multi-singer song ‘Ladki Dramebaaz Hai’ from the satirical comedy film 'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari' starring Diljit Dosanjh, Manoj Bajpayee and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
Talking to Bombay Times about his
wedding
he says, “Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have kept our wedding to be a very intimate event with only close family and friends. And keeping the situation in mind, we have decided that all the events and ceremonies of the wedding will be live streamed on the links that we have sent out. Today we have the haldi –kumkum ceremony in the morning and tonight we will have the Sangeet Sandhya. Tomorrow, at 10 am, the wedding ritual will be solemnised.”
The wedding ceremony will be held in a hotel in Aishwarya’s hometown, Pune.
