Darshan Kumar passes away at 70; Mika Singh shares heartfelt tribute

After the tragic loss of our legendary musical maestro Asha Bhosle ji, the another well-known name of the music industry Darshan Kumar, the younger brother of T-Series founder Gulshan Kumar passed away on April 18, 2026, in Delhi at the age of 70. Though he stayed away from the limelight, his contribution to artists behind the scenes earned him deep respect. Singer Mika Singh shared an emotional tribute.Darshan Kumar breathed his last in Delhi. He was known for supporting talent without seeking public recognition.Singer Mika Singh took to Instagram to express his grief and respect.He wrote, "Just heard the heartbreaking news that Darshan Kumar ji, the owner of T-Series, has left us with his beautiful memories. He was truly a great man and always so helpful. He launched and supported so many singers and gave opportunities to countless talents. May Mata Rani bless his soul and give him eternal peace.
