Chinmayi sings for Atif Afzal from Chennai

Singer Chinmayi recently recorded the title track Majha Baaji with Atif Afzal. And what's interesting is that she recorded the number in a studio in Chennai, while Atif composed it in Mumbai.

A source says, "The song is intense and hard hitting. Atif was told it should be the most engaging and important song in the film as it establishes Shreyas Talpade`s character in the movie.So, he called up Chinmayi, who was in Chennai, and told her about the song, its pace and what he expected from her. And the professional that she is, she recorded the song at a studio in Chennai and the music was composed here in Mumbai by Atif."
The song appears twice in the album. Atif says. "Working with Chinmayi was an awesome and enriching experience. "
