With Asha Bhosle’s demise, the world didn’t just lose a playback singer, but a gem, a legend. In her loving memory, everyone is saying all the sweetest things. Punjabi singer Juggy D also shared her heartfelt tribute to the late legendary singer in a conversation with us.
“It’s heartbreaking to hear that we have lost another beautiful soul and voice,” he said.
Further, as he reflected on her craft and legacy, he added, “What a life, what a journey, what a VOICE she will be celebrated by generations to come.”
“She has and will always be part of my musical journey. Rest in power, Asha Ji,” concluded Juggy D.
The legendary artist passed away on Sunday, April 12, at Breach Candy Hospital. The news of her demise was confirmed by her son, as he spoke to the media outside the hospital. Her mortal remains were brought home on Sunday, where several celebrities and political personalities came to pay their respects. Juggy D calls Asha Bhosle the definition of the Indian music industry
Deeply saddened by the news of Asha Bhosle’s demise, Juggy D first expressed his grief, saying that it is one of the biggest losses. Further, paying his respects, he shared, “Asha Bhosle ji and the late Lata Mangeshkar Ji were and will forever be the definition of the Indian music industry and beyond voices of angels that can never be replaced.“It’s heartbreaking to hear that we have lost another beautiful soul and voice,” he said.
Further, as he reflected on her craft and legacy, he added, “What a life, what a journey, what a VOICE she will be celebrated by generations to come.”
