'Alik Sukh' album out on Times Music

The much awaited music of Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Ray’s latest film 'Alik Sukh' is out now on Times Music. This time the director duo, behind blockbusters like Icche and Muktodhara, has teamed up with Nachiketa Chakraborty and Anindya Chattopadhyay for the songs in the film.
Nachiketa’s daughter Dhansiri Chakraborty also makes a surprise debut as playback singer in the album in what is a reflection of the film is family centric plot.The album also features two songs by Anindya Chattopadhyay, one being a quirky 25 year old college festival favourite song titled MBBS.
The high point of the album though, is the dialogue between Soumitra Chattopadhyay and Debshankar Halder, which Shiboprosad describes as the heart of the film. The album truly seems to be a lyrical reflection of the movie.
