The organisers will have to inform him in advance if any kind of refurbishment or decoration is being undertaken at the hotel which affects facilities such as restaurants, bars, or the health club. A licensed massage therapist, massage table, massage chair and essential oils will be provided to him to beat stress.
While Bryan Adams on his India tour requested for 100 white towels, Akon has asked for 100 black ones. He’ll be travelling with a crew of 22 people, including three personal bodyguards. Akon doesn’t like the concept of takeaway food and prefers meals served hot. He’ll also require a juicer. Strictly no pork, Chinese and fast foods will be served to Akon and his touring staff.
Akon loves white and will be carrying only white custom-made designer clothes for the tour.
He will also consider doing Bollywood tie-ups this year. It is being said he has been offered to act in a Hindi film after he sang for “Ra.One”. Akon has also worked with Aadesh Srivastava and is considering working with Sunidhi Chauhan, who recently met his manager in Mumbai.
Akon grew up in Dakar, Senegal, for the first seven years of his life
