Akon on his friendship bond with SRK: Love him like a brother

The Grammy-winning artist, who collaborated with SRK on hits like "Criminal" and the iconic "Chammak Challo" from the movie Ra.One, took a moment to publicly declare his affection for the superstar.

Akon, pulling Shah Rukh Khan to the stage by hand, spoke passionately about their friendship and shared experiences. Addressing the illustrious gathering that included global leaders, Bollywood celebrities, and sportspersons, Akon stated, "This man right here has helped me so much in India. I love him like a brother. He has always been there and believed in me." He recounted how SRK's encouragement led to their collaboration, resulting in "one of the biggest records in history."
