Critic's Rating: **1/2
Music director Sai Karthik has filled the album with a very playful and catchy vibe. The thought provoking lyrics — written by veteran lyricist Sirivennela Sitaramsastri — revolving around how money reigns supreme in all our life’s endeavours, are the highlight of the opening song, Eppudaithe Puttindo, sung by Vithal.
The music has a very folksy feel to it, even as the sound of the drum beat dominates everything else.

The tempo remains upbeat with the Govinda Govinda number that follows. Lyrics by Anantha Sriram aren’t high on lyrical value, but are spunky nevertheless. Sung by Tippu, the number has a very rap-meets-teen mar feel to it. It is followed by the very exotic Middle-Eastern percussion sounds (that gradually get more electronic) of Mayya Mayya sung by Vijay Prakash.
While the sound theme is very Arabian, the lyrics by Sirivennela Sitaramasastry have a very native feel to it. Singer Swetha Mohan’s bassy voice is the most striking part of the soft romantic number Neetho Edo Andamanipisthundi and overshadows Sai Karthik completely. The instrumentation stands out though. Lovers of slow paced songs will like it more than the others, thanks mostly to the touching lyrics by Sirivennela Sitaramasaastry. Lovers of electronic dance music will dig into the digital vibe of Paisa Paisa sung by the troika of Ranjith, Rahul Nambiar and Karthik Kumar. It’s easily the best song of the album, the sort you could hear at a night club. Over all, it isn’t exactly a blockbuster music album, but it has enough in it for everyone to tune into.
