The three songs in this music album are zara hatke, not your regular

Bollywood

fare of formla beats, recreated music, jarring EDM and predictable Hindi-Punjabi or Hinglish words. All the tracks have been written and composed by the director and that is why, probably, there is an almost tangible yet seamless connect between the tracks.

Sivamani’s excellent percussion skills, Naveen Kumar’s flute, Suresh Lalwani’s violin combine to create melody that touches you.

While the first song 'Maula Mere' is a heart-wrenching one in the soulful voice of Kailash Kher, 'Gudda Guddi' by Azmat Hussain is more about poetry and the situation than a song.

The third track, 'Haq Maula' sung by Piyush Mishra has an indescribable haunting quality about it that jars you.

Khan also lends his vocals to this disturbingly beautiful piece of music. If you are not fond of regular Bollywood EDM, then this album is for you.
