This movie is based on a 11-year-old boy and his aspirations to own a bicycle, and the four songs have, in their own way, done justice to the spirit of the storyline. Monty Sharma, who has an interesting repertoire (he has composed music for 'Saawariya' and has worked as a background music composer for musically-rich films including 'Devdas') has come up with three numbers.

The album opens with 'Cycle Mari Joike', which starts on a classical note. With the perfect fusion of folk notes, electronic beats and a Gujarati flavour, this song raises your expectation. Rendered by Sandeep Batraa, Jui Parth Thakkar and

Arpita Mukherjee

, its high on energy. But despite starting on a promising note, the song falls flat after the interlude. However, the musician more than makes up for it in his next composition 'Sapney'. Arpita, who has several serial tracks to her credit, scores with her melodious rendition. Her voice lulls you into calmness and the slow, soft number lingers on even after its long over. The minimal use of classical instruments works to the songs advantage and Sunil Sirvaiyas lyrics take on a deeper, philosophical meaning.

Seems like Ganpati is the flavour of this season, and this film too, has a song on him. 'Ganpati Bappa', sung by Sandeep, Monty and Neha Vaishnav, is fast paced, but theres nothing much to write home about. The other highlight of this album is 'Aatish Hai Tu', composed and sung by Sandeep. The foot-tapping beats, spirit-lifting lyrics by Tanveer Ghazi and animated singing by Sandeep and

Divya Kumar

make this number aatish, er, dynamic. It has an EDM version, which is equally inspiring.
