Shankar and Hariharan rocked the event with one hit after another. While Shankar raised the tempo with Thaniye Thannanthaniye and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Hariharan mesmerised the audience with Nenjukkul Peidhidum and Etho Oru Paatu. But, what took the audience’s breath away was when the two singers came together for the finale and performed Chappa Chappa Charkha Chale, replete with foot-tapping dance moves that got the crowd on their feet and cheering. The show, presented by The Times of India, was an unforgettable one indeed for the city.
