I focus on calisthenics and bodyweight workouts while at home: actor Kunal Thakur

Actor Kunal Thakur who's known for his role in Kabir Singh has been homebound like all of us, during the pandemic. However, he has constantly been focusing on his overall fitness and well-being while in isolation in his home. His

"We're all going through a difficult time and it can get tough to stay motivated. There's a lot of anxiety and scare. If you've not felt motivated to work out for two days, it's important to understand your body and work out," he says.

He has a little set up at home for his workouts and regularly tries to get some exercise. "The kind of workouts I focus on right now are

calisthenics

, a lot of body weight and core strength workouts. I do handstands, which require balancing on your shoulders, push ups, a lot of ab exercises and other compound exercises," he says.
