Synopsis

Main Hoon Rajinikanth is not based on the life of the South Indian superstar but is a fictional story of a stupid, funny and Wicked C.B.I officer-cum-contract killer Rajinikanth Rao (Adithya Menon). Rajinikanth goes on for a 'Killing-Spree' undercover assignment from millionaire Bachchan (Shakti Kapoor) to deliver Rs 50 million to him which is captured by a corrupt cop Hariprasad Venkatesh Naidu (Shabbir Ali).

The story takes a turn as Hariprasad dies while making love to sex-worker Mallika (Kavita Radheshyam). Mallika, a big fan of superstar Rajinikanth wants to grab the money but Rajinikanth Rao plans to kill her.
