Synopsis
The movie stars Purab Kohli, Kirti Kulhari, Tanishtha Chaterjee, Mukul Dev, Yashpal Sharma, Ravi Gossain and Saidah Jules.The event was attended by the cast and crew of the movie including the film's music director duo Sonu Nigam & Bikram Ghosh, Bobby Deol, Ronit Roy, Kiran Juneja and Ustad Ghulam Ali Sahab. Jal is the first Indian film to be in-competition at the Busan International Film Festival. Jal is the story of a young water diviner, BAKKA who is gifted with a special ability to find water in the desert. With the backdrop of water paucity, the film tells a complex and fascinating story of love, relationships, enmity, deceit and circumstances that bring about the dark side of human character.
