'Padmavati' star Deepika Padukone may be in the middle of a raging storm surrounding the release of her film, but the actress armed herself with a smile as she kicked off promotions on a dance reality show. The reigning queen of Bollywood, who has received a number of threats from fringe groups for taking on the role of the Goddess queen, Rani Padmini, single-handedly flagged off promotions by performing the dance number 'Ghoomar' (from the film) with an adorable contestant from 'Super Dancer 2'.

Pictures of the duo dancing to the popular track have taken the internet by storm. Decked in a beige sari, Deepika oozes elegance and charm in her attire which she paired with heavy jewellery and a knotted ponytail. Fans of the actress may know of her undying love for the Indian wear and she will soon be seen scorching the screen looking regal as ever when 'Padmavati' hits theatres on 1st December.

The star cast of the upcoming film 'Poster Boys'- Shreyas Talpade, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, couldn’t control their laughter with the hilarious acts performed by the artists on 'The Drama Company' show. Sugandha Mishra and Sudesh Lehri were also seen giving spectacular performances as guests on the show.

A source from the sets informs, "Sugandha Mishra and Sudesh Lehri who are known for their comic roles and melodious voices, performed a Qawwali session on the set to entertain our loving guests. The whole session went on for 10 minutes where they performed a few impromptu songs on the stage."

The film is slotted to release on 8 September 2017.

It was earlier reported about Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma appearing on 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' to promote 'Jab Harry Met Sejal'. In an interesting turn of events, the two were in for a rude shock during the filming of an engagement sequence with the show's characters, Naksh (Rishi Dev) and Kirti (Mohena Singh), when an uninvited guest turned up on the sets. According to Mumbai Mirror, SRK's bodyguards saw a leopard walk away with a puppy while Shah Rukh and Anushka were filming the engagement scene. The area where the set is located is prone to wild animals, especially leopards. The shoot was going to take place in the afternoon but due to some unavoidable situations, it ended up finishing in the night around 2 am. The entire cast was in a shock to see the uninvited guest and the shoot was halted for a quite some time.

Recently, the 'JHMS' stars launched the romantic song 'Hawayein'. They even promoted the film on the dance reality show, 'Dance Plus 3'. The next show on the list was 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma'. Shah Rukh visited the sets of the popular TV serial with his leading lady in tow.

Dressed in his casual best, the actor was later snapped leaving the sets.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' narrates a story of a Punjabi tour guide Harry (Harinder Singh Nehra) who helps a Gujarati girl Sejal find her lost engagement ring. . It will be the third time that we will see SRK-Anushka jodi on screen. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on 4th August 2017.

The actor along with his director Imitiaz Ali graced the stage of the reality show to promote their upcoming movie ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’. The duo was present to witness the performers create magic on stage with his/her dance moves. In a fun-filled episode, all the contestants strived to woo SRK over. Bollywood’s Badshah was welcomed with a medley of title tracks from his films like 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'DDLJ', the iconic 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai' and the latest being 'Gerua'. The actor was in awe of the grand welcome Remo D’Souza prepared for him.

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are leaving no stone unturned to promote their upcoming film 'Jagga Jasoos'. The duo is making their presence felt across all media platforms. Of late, Ranbir headed to the sets of 'Sabse Bada Kalakar' to watch the talented kiddie participants perform and also to share some experience about his upcoming film. Since it was the grand finale episode, Ranbir made a splendid entry on the stage. He acted as a snake charmer, while the host Jamie Lever showed up as 'Freedevi' -
a comical take on Sridevi's iconic character Naagin. Ranbir and Jamie set the stage on fire with their hilarious act which the judges and audience seemed to thoroughly enjoy.

Post his Bollywood debut in 'Udta Punjab' followed with the Anushka Sharma starrer 'Phillauri', Diljit Dosanjh, is now ready to flex his muscles as a superhero in a Punjabi film 'Super Singh'. Film promotions took the actor and his co-star Sonam Bajwa to the sets of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' to record a segment. The 'Super Singh' co-stars made it a point to have an enjoyable time on sets as they promoted their film. Sources tell us that apart from interacting with the audience, Diljit and Sonam also got a few on stage. Diljit who is also a singer called on a fan to sing a duet on stage.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Kirti Sanon headed to the sets of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' to promote their upcoming film 'Raabta'. The duo was at their best as they recorded a segment for the show that is expected to air shortly. While Kriti and Sushant brought the romance, Kapil and co-stars Sumona Chakraborty and Kiku Sharda kept the audience entertained with a 'Bahubali' act leaving everyone in splits.
Apart from promoting their film, Sushant and Kriti also let their guard down and spoke about their struggling days in the industry. The rumoured lovers also interacted and shook a leg with their fans on stage. Sportingly, Sushant also lifted a fan and sang for her.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his brother Sohail Khan turned celebrity guests on the television show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs. The duo was in great spirits as they mingling and interacted with the contestants and mentors Himesh Reshammiya, Neha Kakkar and Javed Ali.
Salman and Sohail, who play reel-brothers, had an enjoyable time listening to the talented little contestants as they sang it out for the grand prize. Salman, who is now one of the biggest names in the business, relived one of his best moments in films when a contestant crooned a track from his film 'Maine Pyar Kiya'. Speaking about it, Salman simply said that all he is today is because of that film.

'The Kapil Sharma Show' has played host to a number of Bollywood stars, the latest ones being the cast of the upcoming film 'Behen Hogi Teri'. Actors Shruti Hassan, Rajkummar Rao, Gulshan Grover and Gautam Gulati headed to the show to promote their film and made sure to have a blast while they were at it. One of Bollywood’s most talented actors, Irrfan Khan, who is gearing up for the release of ‘Hindi Medium’, recently shot for an episode of the reality show. It stands true in the case of Sridevi too who recently shot for a special episode of ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs’. The ‘English Vinglish’ actress made an appearance on the singing reality show to promote her upcoming film ‘Mom’. Looking elegant as ever in a striped saree, Sridevi had a gala time bonding with the kids and listening to the melodious songs sung by them. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, ‘Mom’ also stars Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It will see Sridevi grace the big screen five years after the impressive ‘English Vinglish’.

Besides Sridevi, music maestro A.R.Rahman also shot for the episode to promote the film.

Bollywood’s ‘Hero No 1’ Govinda was the special guest on the recently shot episode of Colors' comedy talent hunt show for kids 'Chhote Miyan Dhaakad'. And it seems the actor had a great time on the show. Govinda was seen gelling well with the super cute 'dramebaaz' kids and the judge Sohail Khan. Interestingly, Govinda replaced Neha Dhupia for that particular episode as a special judge. The 'Aa Gaya Hero' actor added his humour and laughter to the acts being performed by the children on stage.

'Half Girlfriend' stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are on a promotional spree these days as they are extensively making appearances on TV reality shows to promote the film. Justin Bieber who is known to make regular and exclusive appearances on Emmy-award winning Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show may be making a guest appearance on Karan Johar’s chat show. Sources privy to the discussion state, “This will be the first time an international celebrity of Bieber’s calibre will be featuring in an Indian chat show format. Karan Johar is known as the Ellen of India to be very precise and has conducted interactive chat show dialogues with international celebrities of the likes of Richard Gere, Maria Sharapova, Hugh Jackman and Christian Loubuton apart from working closely with Meryl Streep, Robert De Niro, George Clooney at world forum panels. He will definitely to do full justice to this 1-on1 exchange if Bieber actually does decide to reserve a time slot for it in his busy schedule.”
