Rajkumar Hirani reveals Sanjay Dutt's trick of dating 308 women

There is no doubt in saying that Sanjay Dutt's life has been very colourful. Even in the trailer of the upcoming film 'Sanju' based on the life of Sanjay Dutt, there is a scene in which Ranbir Kapoor is seen speaking about the number of girls he slept with. Well everyone was surprised to know Sanjay Dutt had a fling with 308 women.

Recently during an interaction with a portal, director Rajkumar Hirani opened about the same and revealed the trick Sanjay Dutt used to lure the women. Hirani revealed that once Dutt used to start dating a girl he would take her to a graveyard. He would say that he has brought her to meet his mother (Nargis Dutt). After this, the girls would get emotionally attached to him but in reality the grave used to not be of his mother.

Well after such revelation we are surely looking forward to the biopic. 'Sanju' also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Jim Sarbh and Anushka Sharma in important roles.

The biopic is slated to hit the screens on June 29.

Sanjay Dutt stops at Dubai to shop for wife Manayata and kids Shahraan and Iqra

Sanjay Dutt is currently busy with his next titled, 'Torbaaz'. The actor has been shooting in Kyrgyzstan from a month in freezing temperatures with Kashmiri kids. After the shoot, instead of returning to Mumbai, Dutt apparently stopped at Dubai for shopping.

According to reports, Sanjay Dutt finished the shoot of his upcoming film ‘Torbaaz’ in Kyrgyzstan. The actor who was scheduled to return to Mumbai last evening reportedly stopped at Dubai. He reportedly wanted to shop for his wife Maanayata Dutt and kids Shahraan and Iqra. After he was done with the shopping, he resumed his journey to Mumbai.

'Torbaaz' is a story of child suicide bombers in Afghanistan. Dutt is playing a role of an Army officer while Nargis Fakhri will be seen as an NGO activist.

Directed by award-winning director Girish Malik and produced by filmmaker Rahul Mittra, the film also features Rahul Dev and Rahul Mittra in pivotal roles.

Maanayata looks after Sanjay Dutt’s debut production in his absence

Catching up with the increasing trend, actor Sanjay Dutt is also set to enter the field of production and guess who is taking the responsibility on her shoulders? It’s none other than his wife Maanayata.

The mother of two has been keeping a close watch on his debut production, the Hindi remake of the Telugu film ‘Prasthanam’, which will kick-start on Sanjay’s late superstar mother Nargis Dutt’s 89th birth anniversary, on June 1.

While the actor was away in Kyrgyzstan shooting for his next flick ‘Torbaaz’, Maanayata held the fort at home by not just looking after the production but also discussing the creative details with the team. The remake will star Sanjay Dutt himself beside Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur and will be directed by Deva Katta, who directed the original flick.

When Barack Obama addressed Sanjay Dutt as 'Munna Bhai'

After a long wait, director Rajkumar Hirani and Ranbir Kapoor unveiled the teaser of the much-awaited Sanjay Dutt biopic, 'Sanju'. The teaser has been liked by everyone and has received a good response from the audience. During the event of the teaser launch writer, Abhijat Joshi shared an interesting incident with the media involving Sanjay Dutt and former US President Barack Obama.

Abhijat recalled Sanjay Dutt once telling him that former US President Barack Obama knows Sanjay Dutt by the name of 'Munna Bhai'. Apparently in 2004 Dutt and Obama were present at the same event in Chicago. When Sanjay appeared at the event the crowd left Obama and ran towards Dutt chanting, 'Munna Bhai!'.

Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film will also feature Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala and Vicky Kaushal in pivotal roles. The biopic is set to release on June 29, 2018.

Sanjay Dutt refrained from talking to rapists during his jail term

Sanjay Dutt’s jail term was one of the most trying moments of his life. However, it was also this time that brought about a lot of change in the actor and his approach to life.

The ‘Bhoomi’ actor recently opened up to a daily about his time behind bars. According to the report, he revealed that if he got to know that an inmate was convicted of rape, then he would not talk to him as he firmly believes that women are an embodiment of the divine. Did you know, after being released from Yerwada Jail, the one person who Sanjay Dutt had been missing the most was his father, Sunil Dutt, who supported him during thick and thin and stood by him throughout his legal rigmarole. So, after visiting Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai and his mother, Nargis' grave at Bada Qabristan, when the actor reached his Pali Hill residence, he didn't forget to seek his father's blessings. One look at this picture where Sanju is seen standing in front of a smiling, life-size portrait of Sr Dutt with his head held down and you know that the actor is seeking forgiveness from his dad for all the wrong he has done in life and at the same time, is even thanking him for all the love and support he (Sunil) gave him (Sanjay) till his last breath. Sanjay Dutt biopic which starts shooting in 2016 will be co-produced by the actor himself

The much awaited biopic on Sanjay Dutt is on the edge of finalisation according to its director Rajkumar Hirani. Actor Sanjay Dutt, who is serving his five year jail term after being convicted in the 1993 bomb blasts case, will co-produce the biopic on him along with filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Rajkumar Hirani. According to a leading news outlet, at a recent media interaction Rajkumar Hirani has been quoted as saying that the script for the Sanjay Dutt biopic is almost complete and that the film will start shooting in 2016. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor who will be portraying Sanjay Dutt. During the same media interaction when he was asked whether the role will help Ranbir Kapoor to scale up his career the Munnabhai series director asserted that Ranbir is a fantastic actor and that he does not need anyone to help him out.

Sanjay Dutt has dropped out of Karan Johar's Shhuddhi, but the filmmaker says that the actor was not offered the role, reports Mumbai Mirror. On July 16, 2014, Karan Johar had tweeted that Salman Khan was on board and Shhuddhi would release in Diwali 2016. He replaced Hrithik Roshan who had stepped out of the film citing health issues. Further to the report, in February 2015, buzz was that Sanjay Dutt had been approached to play the baddie in the film. It was reported that Shhuddhi could be the first film he'd shoot for after coming out of jail. Since May 2013, Sanjay has been serving a 42-month sentence in Yerwada Central Jail for illegal possession of weapons during the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. However, Mirror has now learnt that Sanjay has dropped out of the film. "He doesn't want to do a negative role immediately after coming out. He will start with director Umesh Shukla's film in which he plays a hero," the report quoted a source close to the actor. When KJo was quizzed on the subject, he said shortly, "The role of the antagonist in Shhuddhi is by far one of the best written antagonist roles. We have never offered the role to Sanjay. We have yet to cast anyone."
