Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are very close friends. Earlier this year when Salman's Jai Ho was about to release, Aamir tried his best to promote the film. The actor had been posting about Salman's film on his social networking pages. In January, Aamir posted a very interesting picture with Salman. While Aamir Khan is a promoter of Incredible India, the picture he shared had the two Khans apparently watering the plants by peeing together. It was a very candid image with Salman and Aamir posing in jest for the picture.

For a long time, the industry has known that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are rivals. They reportedly had an ugly spat at Katrina Kaif's birthday party way back in 2008, post which the two stars used to avoid each other. However one can say that last year the journey of their hugs began as the two crossed paths at Baba Siddiqui's iftar party. The same followed earlier this year when SRK was given an award at a function which was hosted by Salman Khan. The two shared a polite hug on the stage. The same was repeated at yet another encounter during the iftar party hosted by Baba Siddiqui.

Salman Khan has the title of the eligible bachelor in Bollywood till now and has been dodging questions about his marriage. While Salman may not seem interested in marriage, the actor definitely is a fan of kids. This year when Aamir Khan's daughter Ira had organised a football match, Salman Khan was seen at his playful best. The actor was spotted playing with Aamir's son Azad Rao Khan. Also recently when Salman was shooting his next film in Karjat, he started playing cricket with a young boy who plays Salim in the television serial Jodha Akbar. Since the two were shooting close to each other, Salman decided to make good use of his break.

Govinda had a very successful comeback in films as he starred with Salman Khan in Partner. Post the success of Partner, it was rumoured that Salman and Govinda would do a film together again, however it fizzled out. This year, Salman Khan had promised a comeback with Govinda. After an apparent meeting with him, Salman posted on micro blogging site Twitter, "Here yeh dekho mere partner ko . Aah mere yaaro aah oh Koi partner ko samjhao . 4 yrs I am trying to convince him." [sic]

This has been one of the biggest highlights of 2014. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are slowly easing the tension between them since the time their hugs began last year. And this year, SRK took a step ahead and attended the festivities of Salman's sister Arpita Khan's wedding. The two were seen hugging and kissing Arpita and the picture went viral on the net. According to a report on timesofindia.com, Salman and Shah Rukh also danced together at the reception of Arpita Khan.

Salman Khan seems to be a very popular actor and was recently seen partying with Paris Hilton. The actor, it seems, went all out to make her feel at home. Salman, Paris and Mika Singh were partying together. And apparently, Salman Khan took off Mika Singh's diamond Sikh khanda (a necklace) and put it around Paris Hilton's neck. Reportedly, the actor also gifted his famous blue bracelet to Paris. Paris Hilton tweeted, "Thank you @BeingSalmanKhan & @MikaSingh for the beautiful diamond Sikh Khanda necklace! So thoughtful & sweet!" [sic]

Salman Khan is very friendly with his co-stars. This year during Eid, Salman's Kick hit the screens and was a huge success at the box office. And the actor is seen here in a cute selfie with Jacqueline hiding behind him. Now towards the end of the year, Salman has started shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan along with Kareena Kapoor Khan. The two posed for a charming selfie on the sets of the film.
