Second spell of Mumbai rains brings city to a standstill

Incessant rains and the resulting chaos has once again brought Mumbaikars to Twitter. They are musing about the rain, pondering over the state of affairs in their city, complaining and blaming, while also helping fellow Tweetizens with regular local train and traffic updates. Celebs, who call Mumbai as their home, also find it difficult to make it to work during the rains and take to Twitter to express themselves in 140 characters. Here's what they are saying:

ABCD 2, that released on June 19, had to face the wrath of the Rain Gods. While the film has opened to an encouraging response at the box-office, special promotional activities planned for the film had to be cancelled due to the incessant rains in Mumbai. Reportedly, a special screening of ABCD 2 was planned for the kids at a suburban Mumbai theatre. However, rains played spoilsport and the show had to be cancelled.
