‘Golmaal Again’: Interesting facts about the film

While Rohit Shetty’s comic caper ‘Golmaal Again’ is breaking records at the box-office, one of its actors Tusshar Kapoor recently took to his Instagram handle to thank all the viewers and fans of the film for going out of the way to not only love but also help stop piracy of the film.

The actor posted a picture which read, ‘More than twenty thousand piracy links of Golmaal Again were shared by you all with our team. You went out of the way to stop piracy.’ Captioning the picture, Tusshar wrote, “From our family to yours, thank you for the love ❤️! We wouldn't have been able to do this without you! ������@golmaalmovie.”

The multi-starrer that includes Ajay Devgn, Parineeti Chopra, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade, Tabu, Prakash Raj and Neil Nitin Mukesh is the fourth instalment of the successful 'Golmaal' franchise and marks Devgn's tenth film collaboration with Rohit Shetty.

Tabu has shared the screen space with Ajay Devgn on multiple films like ‘Haqeeqat’, ‘Vijaypath’, ‘Thakshak’ and 'Drishyam' in the past and the two are reuniting once again for ‘Golmaal Again’. In a report by Navbharattimes.com, the actress spoke about her special friendship with Ajay, “The ‘If I am single today, it’s only because of Ajay Devgn’ quote made many people start talking. People used to be shocked by reading the headline, but when they read the whole story, they would understand what I meant. Ajay and I are very close friends. You bond differently with different people, Ajay and I have a special type of bond. I can’t have the same relationship with everyone, it’s just with Ajay and this will remain between the two of us.”

Tusshar Kapoor's son Laksshya is his little bundle of joy. The actor loves to spend as much time he gets to spend with him. And Tusshar's love for Laksshya is evident from his Instagram feed. Recently Tushar revealed that the little guy is fond of his co-star 'Golmaal Again' co-star Tabu.

According to a report, the 'Gayab' actor said that Tabu is like a mother to Laksshya. Tusshar said that they are always having fun and that they are adorable together. Tusshar gushed that one has to see them to believe how crazy they can get. He is really happy that Tabu is his favourite.

On the work front, the actor is all set for the release of the fourth installment of the Golmaal franchise on Diwali. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars, Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Tusshar, Kunal Kemmu and Shreyas Talpade in pivotal roles.

Tabu, who is known for mostly playing serious roles, will be seen in a slapstick comedy for the first time in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Golmaal Again’. At the trailer launch of the movie, Tabu said, “‘Golmaal Again’ was the first film in which I didn’t use glycerine.”

Tabu had a ball while shooting for the film. On being asked how was her experience Tabu said, “The shooting was like a picnic for me as I knew all the actors.” The cast enjoyed to the fullest on the sets and kept playing pranks on each other. Tabu told the media, “They were all bored of doing pranks on me. Everyone around me was having fun and no one took me seriously and therefore even I started enjoying along.”

On being asked what was her favourite part of the shooting the actress said, “Spending time with Johnny Bhai was the best part of shooting.” ‘Golmaal Again’ is the fourth one in the series and is slated to release on October 20, 2017.
