According to reports, action is Farhan Akhtar's favourite genre and he enjoyed doing the stunts in his upcoming film, Wazir. Not only that, he was also quoted in the report as saying that he loves action so much that as a kid he had punched Zoya by mistake. Farhan also stated that he was a filmy child and used to roam in the house with a toy gun thinking villians are around. Quoting Farhan, the report reveals that while he had directed action films in the past, he had never acted in one.

The makers of Farhan’s upcoming film, Dil Dhadakne Do, have received a special request from Milkha Singh to watch the film, stated a report. The yet-to-release film, Dil Dhadakne Do is making headlines for all the right reasons. According to a report, Farhan Akhtar had to put a face pack of Vanilla ice-cream on his face. Why? So that a dog can lick his face which was required for a shot. Quoting Ranveer Singh, who is part of the same film, the report stated that in order to make the dog lick his face, Farhan had put a face pack of vanilla ice cream all over his face. It was only after Farhan had applied the face pack, that the dog came running and licked it all.

According to a report, Farhan Akhtar met up with Hollywood actors Meryl Streep, Chris Martin, Anne Hathway and Dakota Fanning at the United Nations Conference in New York. Farhan is the UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador and the actor attended his first meeting where he interacted with some of the top stars in Hollywood who were there to do their bit to support gender equality, the report further added. Farhan Akhtar is not just a big name in Bollywood but made his Hollywood debut long ago by penning down the lyrics of the hit Gurinder Chaddha film Bride and Prejudice. He created the soundtrack for the film along with sister Zoya Akhtar on the recommendation of his father Javed Akhtar.
