Salman Khan had double the reason to celebrate Eid this year. The actor is riding high on the success of Kick, which reportedly crossed the coveted 100 crore mark on Wednesday. With more than one reason to celebrate, Salman Khan seemed to be on cloud nine. The actor greeted cheering fans outside his home in Bandra, Galaxy apartment. Swarming crowds had created traffic too. However it was a treat to see Salman Khan come in the balcony. The actor waved for long at the waiting fans. Salman looked suave in a crisp white shirt. Alvira Khan, the youngest sister of the Khans took to micro blogging site twitter to share images of the family get-together.

Salman Khan is known to launch several newbies in Bollywood. And Shatrughan Sinha's daughter, Sonakshi is also one of them. She got her big bollywood break opposite Salman Khan in Dabangg. Candidly speaking to The Times of India, Sonakshi had once said, "All his co-stars call him Salman, so why should I call him anything else. Why is it an issue when I don't attach 'bhai' to Salman?" On the occasion of Eid, seems like the actress and her father dropped in at Salman's residence for Eid celebrations. And Sonakshi Sinha posted a click of hers with Salman Khan and Shatrughan Sinha.

Eid: Bollywood Khans celebrate the festival

Last year Shah Rukh Khan celebrated the festival of Eid with a lot of gung ho. Apart from the festive fervor it was also to celebrate the success of his hit flick, Chennai Express. This year, like every year, there were crowds gathering outside his Bandra bungalow, Mannat. SRK had to come out to greet fans. Shah Rukh Khan came out and waved at fans and blew air kisses. For a few minutes and with a lot of effort, he also got onto the protective railing to wave at fans. Wishing everyone on micro blogging site, twitter, SRK had posted, "What a beautiful rain kissed day....Eid Mubarak. May Allah grant us all with peace & a modicum of happiness. Bas itna sa khwab hai...."
