Salman Khan, who is busy garnering accolades for his film, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, had recently tweeted about his desire that Narendra Modi and Nawaz Sharif watch his film. In an interview with Bollywoodlife.com, Salman said that he wants both the leaders to see the movie and he also wants everyone from both the countries to see the film. The reason behind this, according to Salman, is that the heads of the country are dealing with this problem all the time and when they will see the movie their hearts will melt and then may be things will change. He also added that he hasn't received a response from them yet, and that he will keep tweeting till he gets a response.

Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan, has urged Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Pakistani Premier, Nawaz Sharif to watch his movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which delves into India-Pakistan ties and is releasing just a day ahead of Eid. The 49-year-old, one of Hindi cinema's most popular and loved actors, has thanked Pakistan's censor board for allowing his film to be released there on Friday. “Thanku Pakistan censor board for your generosity. Wld lv n respect if the leaders of Indo-Pak see Bajrangi Bhaijaan bcoz lv for children is above all boundaries @narendramodi #nawazsharif.” [sic] However, with tension brewing on the LOC, it remains to be seen if the nations will bond over Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

While it is not confirmed yet, a tweet from a fan claims to have revealed the climax of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. A fan tweet read, "mrng one akshay fan has revealed bajrangi bhaijaan stry is tht true he said abt climax nawazudin kills salman in end." [sic] While it remains to be seen if there is any truth to the story, there are enough facts that support the claim. It was earlier reported that Salman Khan was moved to tears after watching the film and that Salman's father, Salim Khan, had requested for the special song to be removed from the ending credits as he thought it was taking away from the film's poignant climax. Salman Khan has planned to host a special screening of Bajrangi Bhaijaan for his B-Town friends. The film, which is scheduled to release on July 17, 2015, has already garnered huge expectations. And the latest we hear is that Salman has sent an invitation for the special screening to Katrina Kaif, reports Pinkvilla.com. The report further states that Katrina will attend the screening. There have also been reports about Salman inviting Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan for the screening of the film.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan has found a saviour in BJP MP and veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha. The father of the Dabangg girl has come to the rescue of the film owners by making an appeal to those objecting to its title or content. According to an IANS report, he has asked the detractors to watch the film before protesting against it. Citing an example of the National Award-winning films which also faced protests, Shatrughan reasoned that if the film had been objectionable, it would not have been cleared by the Censor Board. He claimed that ‘mob’ocracy is gaining precedence over democracy.

Salman Khan’s Pakistani fans may have to wait a little longer for his upcoming film, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which is scheduled to hit theatres in India on Eid. Reason is that the government of Pakistan has decided to delay its release by a week to stop it from overpowering two Pakistani films - Wrong No. and Bin Roye, releasing in the country during the festival, as reported on Mid-Day.com. Moreover, it’s not confirmed if the Bollywood film will release exactly a week after Eid, as it is yet to procure the required certification from the Pakistan Censor Board.

Salman Khan has addressed the controversy over the use of a qawwali 'Bhar do jholi' in his upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, saying he will look into the legal issues of the matter if there are any, reports PTI. Reportedly, Amjad Sabri, a prominent qawwali singer from Pakistan, has planned to sue the producers for using the qawwali, to which he claims to own the copyright, without permission. "This is the qawwali we have heard since childhood. It is our rendition. Sabri brothers' family not liking our rendition of the qawwali is like my grandchildren not respecting Being Human," Salman said about the singer's accusations. "I don't think somebody from the family would have done this. I don't think there is a legal issue. If there is any legality then we will see it," he said. The original qawwali was written by Purnam Allahabadi, composed by Maqbool Sabri, and performed by the Sabri Brothers in 1975. The reworked version of 'Bhar do jholi' is composed by Pritam Chakraborty and sung by Adnan Sami.

Bebo's look in the film - Kareena Kapoor Khan is the stylish diva who continues to inspire with her fashion sense. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Bebo's clothes in the film have been designed by her good friend Manish Malhotra where she will have a progressive look and as per a source, the Mumbai Mirror report further stated that sport cotton churidar-kurtas in vibrant shades of red, yellow and orange. Her character has a penchant for bright hues and there are traditional sarees too.

Story not about love jihad - There were reports doing the rounds that Kabir Khan's film was about love jihad but the team has denied the news. While the story is about a Muslim boy and a Hindu girl, a little girl is also pivotal to the film. Reportedly, she plays a Pakistani girl who loses her way along the border and how Salman's character helps her reunite with her family. Like all Kabir Khan films, this movie too promises to be different in spite of being a commercial pot-boiler. Bajrangi Bhaijaan also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Eid release - Salman Khan has chosen the festival of Eid to release Bajrangi Bhaijaan as this has proven to be lucky for him in the past. Khan's earlier films including Wanted (2009), Dabangg (2010), Bodyguard (2011), Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Kick (2014) released during this period and with his new venture choosing the auspicious festival, there is no reason why it won't be a blockbuster, considering all his Eid releases have either created or broken records at the box office.

Music - Award winning music director Pritam has composed the music for the film. The composer has had many chartbusters to his credit including the hit song I love you from Bodyguard. This is the second time he teams up with Salman and like his earlier work, let's hope Pritam creates magic once again with the soundtrack of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
