Actress Zayn Marie Khan shared that being the niece of Aamir Khan adds a lot of pressure. For the unversed, Zayn is Aamir's cousin-filmmaker Mansoor Khan's daughter.
During an interview with a web portal, the actress talked about being from a filmy family. When she was asked if she likes the 'star kid' tag, the actress replied that she had to come to terms with it. Zayn went on to state that she has to respect her background, accept it and appreciate it. She also added that she doesn't abuse the privilege or use it in a way where it would be unfair.
Talking about being Aamir's niece, Zayn Marie shared that it adds a lot of pressure. She further stated she is aware of the fact that she is carrying a huge name on her shoulders and the people she is related to are not only popular but also take their craft seriously.
Zayn Marie also said that the people she is related to will be disappointed if she doesn't put her hundred per cent into the work or if she is not sincere about it rather than if she fails as an actor.
