Yuvraj Singh gets an emotional birthday wish from wife Hazel Keech on his birthday: 'The world knows you as a legend but..'

It's cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s birthday today, December 12 and his wife, former Actress Hazel Keech dropped a heartwarming note, expressing her love for him. Hazel, who appeared in the Salman Khan hit ‘Bodyguard’, is quite active on Instagram and often shares glimpses of their family moments.

This time too, she turned to the platform to post a touching tribute, pairing her words with a tender photograph of Yuvraj holding their two little ones, Orion and Aura. The picture radiated the cricketer’s affection for his children, while Hazel’s note highlighted the man and father behind the sporting icon.


In her message, Hazel reminded fans that beyond the six-hitting superstar is a devoted dad who worked relentlessly to bounce back from a challenging injury. “6 months of an injury stopped you being able to pick them up/hold them/carry them and you’ve spent the past two months getting fit and strong to be able to carry them both! The world knows you as a legend but you're these kids' hero, day in day out. I hope you know, this birthday, how absolutely adored you are," Hazel wrote.

She continued with another affectionate note for her “legend”. The note read further, "Your dedication to everything you do makes you a legend and yet most people only know you’re cricket achievements. I’m so proud of who you are, honoured to walk beside you in life, or to walk behind you picking up the things you drop�� (and to take this photo) love you more and more each passing year. Happy birthday my darling husband."



The post also revealed that Yuvraj, who famously fought cancer and returned stronger, had been unable to even hold his children due to the injury. But true to his resilient spirit, he pushed through rehab so he could lift them again and see their faces light up.

Yuvraj later acknowledged Hazel’s loving tribute with a brief but emotional response: “Love you, my babies," he wrote, expressing affection for Hazel and their little ones.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2016, welcomed their son Orion in 2022 and their daughter Aura in 2023, completing their now-cherished family.
